Helping Others and Volunteering

In this unit the pupil begins to understand that when he/she helps others then they are actually helping themselves. By moving from the personal domain of language that focuses on the individual to a public domain which sees the individual's purpose within society allows the pupil to use language to be part of other contexts not only the contexts that directly affect him or her.
