Pesach
Spring is a time of renewal and new beginnings. The holiday indicates the coming of spring and there is a sense that the relaxed days of the summer are quickly approaching. It is also the time of Pesach or Passover, which tells the story of the Jews exodus from Egypt. Symbols of the holiday are freedom, bitterness and harshness of the slavery the Hebrews endured in Egypt, the hard labor the Hebrew slaves endured to build the pyramids of Egypt.
